Information about setup *

Set up will begin as early as two hours prior to the start of the market (10 a.m.). You may arrive at any time during those two hours. I agree to be set up and open for business 10 minutes prior to the start of the market. I agree to stay through the entirety of the market and will not begin to tear down early. I am responsible for set up, tear down and clean-up of my assigned spot.

If you use a tow vehicle, you must be able to detach your vehicle. *

We have limited space and a designated parking area for vendor vehicles.

I will submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and any other necessary license(s), permit(s), etc. *

Food trucks are required to submit a COI naming 'Advent Fresh Market, LLC' as additional insureds. It is my responsibility to obtain any necessary license(s), permit(s), insurance, etc. required to operate my business.

I will carry the necessary permits through the Ohio Health Department to operate. *

All of my permits are up to date. I agree to sell only the items I have had inspected and am permitted to sell.

Pictures and/or video of myself, my products and/or my booth may be taken during the market days. Those pictures and/or video may be used to promote the market.
