Advent Fresh Market is an outdoor farmers market held at Advent Christmas Tree Farm.

In 2025, this market will launch its inaugural year. We hope vendors and the community will turn out strong, as we’ve seen strong demand for a farmers market featuring Ohio-grown food products.

Who Qualifies?
We’re seeking farms, homesteads, and food producers for Advent Fresh Market. Our market is exclusively for vendors selling fresh produce or food products.

Arts, crafts, or non-food goods are allowed only if paired mainly with food products. If you’re unsure if you qualify, submit the application for review or email us at info@advent.farm.

Market Schedule
First Saturday of every month, May – October, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

How Much Does It Cost?
The vendor fee is $30 per market day.

You can pay after you’ve submitted your application and we have notified you that you are approved.

Form of payments include:

  • Venmo (@AdventFarm)

  • PayPal (Advent Fresh Market, LLC)

  • Cash or check (made out to Advent Fresh Market, LLC).

Application Process

  1. Fill out and submit the application form to the right. Spots are limited, so apply early.

  2. We will promptly follow up with your application on next steps.

  3. Once approved, you can submit your payment.

Please Note

  • This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given for any reason.

  • This market is held outside on grass and/or gravel. Booth spaces may not be completely flat and level.

  • Booth spaces are 10 x 10 ft.

  • Vendors are to supply their entire setup (tent, tables, chairs, etc.). Tents must be properly weighted down.

  • Vendors agree to remain in their designated booth space.

  • Please be considerate of your fellow vendors on the sides and behind your booth space.
